About Stage Eleven

What is Stage Eleven and how does it work?

Stage Eleven is a talent agency and model management with a booking platform connecting photographers and productions with a curated selection of independent models. Bookings are handled directly through the website. To access model profiles and submit booking requests, clients must register and be approved first.

Who can book models on this platform?

We welcome both professional and amateur photographers, content creators, and production teams. As long as your registration is complete, accurate, and approved, you can submit booking requests.

Are the models represented exclusively by Stage Eleven?

Yes. All models listed on Stage Eleven work exclusively through our platform. Direct contact or booking outside of Stage Eleven is not permitted.

Registration & Member Access

How do I register and get access to model profiles?

Simply complete the registration form on our website. All fields must be filled out truthfully. Once submitted, your profile will be reviewed manually within 72 hours. If approved, you will gain access to our member area and can view detailed model profiles.

Is registration free of charge?
Yes, registration and access to the member area are completely free. You only pay when you make a confirmed booking.
Why do I need to be approved before I can book?
To ensure a safe and professional environment for everyone, we review all registrations manually. This helps protect the privacy of our models and ensures that bookings come from verified, serious clients.
What kind of information do model profiles contain?
Once logged in, you can view detailed model profiles including photos, measurements, and other relevant information. Availability and pricing are not displayed unless it is a special booking event such as a tour.

Booking Process

How do I book a model?
Once your registration has been approved, you can submit booking requests directly through the platform or via email. For certain events, such as model tours, instant online booking may also be available.
Can I book models for commercial or private shoots?
Yes. Models can be booked for both private projects (e.g. portfolio or social media) and commercial purposes (e.g. promotional content, publications, workshops). Please make sure to specify the intended use when booking.
Are prices and availability shown online?
Availability and pricing are not displayed in the general model profiles. However, for special events like model tours, prices and available dates may be shown directly on the booking page.

Payments & Invoicing

When and how do I pay for a booking?
All bookings must be paid in full in advance. Payment options include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Once payment is received, the booking will be confirmed.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes. After your payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. If you need the invoice to include specific billing details, please let us know during the booking process.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
No. All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. Cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds are not possible. Please make sure your plans are firm before booking.

Usage Rights

Are there different usage rights for images?
Yes. Image usage is divided into two categories:
Private use (e.g. portfolio, social media) and Commercial use (e.g. promotional material, OnlyFans, Patreon, workshops, or publications). Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and may involve additional fees.
Can I use the images I create for platforms like OnlyFans or Patreon?
Yes, but this is considered commercial use. You must clearly state your intended usage when booking. Additional fees and licensing terms may apply.

Cancellations & No-shows

Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
No. All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. Cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
What happens if the model cancels?
In the rare case that a model becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed immediately. You may choose either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
What if I don’t show up for the session?
If you fail to attend your confirmed session, your payment will not be refunded. Please ensure that you are available at the agreed time and location.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Are my data and bookings confidential?
Yes. We treat all client data and booking details with strict confidentiality. Your information will never be shared with third parties unless legally required.
Can I share model photos outside the platform?
No. Model photos from the platform may not be copied, shared, or published without a confirmed booking and appropriate usage rights. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
How is my personal data protected?
We comply with the data protection laws of the EU, Germany, and the Netherlands. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
